If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@ahisauce.com within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can investigate the issue. All items are packed with tamper seals and packaged to minimise and avoid any potential damage.

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember refund timescales are controlled by your bank or credit card company and therefore it may take time to process the refund.
